		<content type="html"><![CDATA[With all of the coercive power which the state has, it really is small wonder that people routinely accept plea bargains for crimes which they never committed. Particularly in the Kerry Max Cook case, where the DA's office clearly was going to convict Cook or no one. The Prosecutor in that case has said that he could not get a conviction without the testimony of David Hoehn; the very testimony which the Court of Appeals rejected as tainted.]]></content>
